Hotel Policies

Check-in begins after 4:00 PM / Check-out by 12:00 PM

One room night and tax deposit apply at the time of reservation with a valid credit card guarantee policy. Deposit is subject to change based on rate type and blackout dates.

Credit card used to make the room reservation is required at check-in.

Valid government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in.

Must be 18 years or older for room bookings and stay.

Children under the age of 12 years granted a complimentary stay in the existing bedding configuration. Rollaway beds available for certain room types at extra cost.

To cover incidentals, a $100/per night hold is placed on guest credit card.

Early arrival/late departure obtainable based on availability. Guaranteed early arrival/late departure available for an additional fee dependent on date and room type.

Cancelations may be made 3 days prior to arrival or the deposit is forfeited. Seasonal and rate specific exceptions may apply.

Early departures are subject to fee: fee of one room night plus tax issued to departures of one-night prior, 50% of remaining room balance plus tax balance issued to departures of two or more nights prior.

Casa Faena is a non-smoking property. Any room that has been used for smoking is subject to an additional smoking fee.

Casa Faena is a pet friendly property. Pets may be included to any reservation for one-time fee of $125. Pet admission is subject to change based on local government ordinances.

Resort Fee Inclusions: 

• A  $25 resort fee will be applied daily.

• Complimentary portable beach lounge chairs, umbrella and towel for beach access.

• Unlimited local calls.

• In-Room and property-wide WiFi.
