stimulates collagen production, and improves skin elasticity. Complete your experience in the Tepidarium, where stone beds heated to body
temperature provide comfort and encourage deep meditation as you relax with a cup of our calming Tierra Santa tea.

Dhyana

Begin your day with a rejuvenating group yoga session to awaken your senses, followed by our enchanting Hammam and Wet Spa, designed to purify, and prepare your Spirit, Mind, and Body for one of our most profound experiences. Our Sacred Connection Ritual guides you into deep relaxation and a meditative state.

Over 90 minutes, two therapists work in unison to harmonize your body’s energy flow, alleviating both physical and mental tension. Utilizing sacred
oils sourced from South America, four hands perform a full-body massage that soothes tight muscles and releases energetic blockages.

This is
followed by a relaxing face massage with a deeply hydrating moisturizer. The therapeutic effects of the treatment are further enhanced by the
rhythmic vibrations of singing bowls, which relieve stress and improve clarity, vitality, and intuition.

This contemplative meditation represents the penetration phase of the mind, as indicated in Dharana, and serves as the 7th path to Illumination.

Samadhi

Begin your day with an invigorating group yoga session to awaken your senses, followed by our magical Hammam and
Wet Spa to purify and prepare you for a deeply relaxing massage.

This treatment harnesses the powerful antistress properties of cacao, promoting deep states of consciousness, opening your heart, and relaxing your body with its high anti inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. During this 90-minute blissful experience, hot stones are applied to soothe specific areas of tension.

Next, one of our Pranic Healers will perform a thorough cleansing and balancing of your chakras. The body is further purified with the gentle, uplifting aroma of Palo Santo smoke, a sacred tree from the east coast of South America. Pranic Healing, created by scientist Master Choa Kok Sui, is a system of energy medicine used to harmonize, balance, and transform the body’s energy processes, restoring physical, mental, and emotional health.

The treatment concludes with the use of sound bowls, which quiet the mind through vibrational sound harmonics that synchronize brainwave frequencies.
